Stone Pine at Newport Coast, CA

A complete custom renovation of this 4,000 sq. ft. two story villa with panoramic views of the pacific coast was one of Azizi Architects' most exciting projects of 2019.  We completed this project in collaboration with our valued clients, construction team, and SKD of Newport Beach.  We greatly appreciate the enthusiastic and keen efforts of our project team that resulted in the complete satisfaction of our clients.

Olive Hill House

This luxury custom home consists of two levels of residential areas and a full basement for luxury car display, recreational amenities and ample storage space; and a roof top terrace to enjoy the beautiful view of Balboa Island. The building is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. in Tuscany style of architecture. This project includes a state of the art car lift system as well as an elevator.
