Stone Pine at Newport Coast, CA

A complete custom renovation of this 4,000 sq. ft. two story villa with panoramic views of the pacific coast was one of Azizi Architects' most exciting projects of 2019.  We completed this project in collaboration with our valued clients, construction team, and SKD of Newport Beach. Olive Hill House

This luxury custom home consists of two levels of residential areas and a full basement for luxury car display, recreational amenities and ample storage space; and a roof top terrace to enjoy the beautiful view of Balboa Island. The building is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. in Tuscany style of architecture. This project includes a state of the art car lift system as well as an elevator.

I’ve always dreamed of having a clean, modernist home, and I’m happy to say that Alice and her team at Atelier Cohen led the way to making that dream a reality! I couldn’t be more happy with the project, my house looks like it could be featured in a Kinfolk magazine. I expressed my wishes of having a clean, natural interior aesthetic and they truly delivered – the natural light in my newly designed home is to die for. They also helped me turn my dated, drab living room into a spacious and cozy space in which I can’t wait to host a party. I had the pleasure of working with Alice on redecorating my childhood home that hadn’t been touched up since I was a teen in the 80’s. I knew it needed a huge refresh aesthetically, but I wasn’t sure where to start.
