A complete custom renovation of this 4,000 sq. ft. two story villa with panoramic views of the pacific coast was one of Azizi Architects' most exciting projects of 2019.  We completed this project in collaboration with our valued clients, construction team, and SKD of Newport Beach. This luxury custom home consists of two levels of residential areas and a full basement for luxury car display, recreational amenities and ample storage space; and a roof top terrace to enjoy the beautiful view of Balboa Island. The building is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. in Tuscany style of architecture. This project includes a state of the art car lift system as well as an elevator.

Chungs Residence at the Country

A new two-story custom deisgn house (in the modern style of architecture) of approximately 12,000 sq. Ft. including the 5 car garages at the country in Diamond Bar, CA. The first floor consists of a living room, family room, dining room, library, a kitchen, guest suite, exercise room bathrooms; and the second floor consists of a master bedroom, a master bath with walk-in closets, office, and a balcony and 6 bedrooms with individual walk-in closets and bathrooms, a laundry room, and a media room. A grand stair and an elevator provide access to the second floor.
